I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from stylum.shop. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for my store.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, custom-made items, or products marked “Final Sale”.
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact me first at support@stylum.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: If approved, I’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3: Once I receive and inspect the item:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing takes 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot offer refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged by accident, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping fees (unless I made an error).
Final sale or clearance items.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number
A detailed reason for the return
Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
I’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
