I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from stylum.shop. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for my store.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, custom-made items, or products marked “Final Sale”.


2. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact me first at support@stylum.shop​ with your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: If approved, I’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  • Step 3: Once I receive and inspect the item:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

    • Processing takes 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days​ of delivery.

  • Products damaged by accident, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Shipping fees (unless I made an error).

  • Final sale or clearance items.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • A detailed reason​ for the return

  • Photos​ of the item (if defective/damaged)

I’ll respond within 1–2 business days​ with next steps.
